[...] Artists generally want a unique looking web presence. We don’t like templates, we don’t like anything mainstream and we don’t like being forced to look like something. That is why I love artists, because we reject the status quo and innovate instead. But what we have to be careful of is pushing the envelope too far. If you are going to go with something unconventional, make sure you still have the 6 Elements of a Killer Website.
you can loose several thousands of $$$ every single day if you have some negative pages or links in your search results, of course everyone will do some research before buying any thing from you.

It is always to have a good reputation online, however many good satisfied customer scan be overshadowed by 1 unsatisfied customer

Good luck
Greetings from Richard

I think that finding a path in life that both complements and challenges you is precious.
The fact that one man can help change so much just by standing up and speaking out tells you how much can be accomplished when we devote ourselves heart and soul to something we believe in!@bose

Hi Devon,
Really appreciate the kind words and the time you're taking on this. You're totally right about why we decided to go this non-traditional route for job applications. The normal stuff is so boring and isn't helping anyone. Job applicants don't know if they really want the job because it sounds just like the last 100 listings they've read and the hiring manager has a hard time finding who is the perfect fit because everyone's pretty much using the same resume templates from Word. (Side note: Don't use Word's templates if you can avoid it!)

The only downside I'm finding to this is that we can only hire one person, so some people will end up disappointed. Just the reality of it. But, thanks to the amazing efforts you and others are putting in, we're starting to draw media attention, so who knows, maybe we'll be able to find some other orgs that want to hire our applicants too! Looking forward to seeing what you come up with :)

Cheers,
Kevin
